Searching for a Post Office

While you’ve been searching for a Post Office, to buy Christmas stamps or to post parcels, you may have noticed that many no longer exist. Gulval, Heamoor, Long Rock, Carbis Bay, Newlyn, Leedstown etc closed. Mullion, St Keverne, The Lizard, Porthleven have faced uncertainty. There seems to be an inverse relationship – between record Post Offices closures since the Conservatives took control in 2015 and the frantic if hopeless attempts at purposeful-sounding activity by their Parliamentary representatives.
