Unacceptable over-development of Cornwall

I support those protesting against the unacceptable over-development of Cornwall. Cornwall Council tried to persuade the Conservative Government that we should have a lower level of development. After all Cornwall has been one of the fastest growing places in the country since the 60’s.

But the Conservatives imposed a much higher housing development figure. Even adding an extra 7,000 new homes because they said Cornwall must accommodate the growing demand for second homes! Protesting at County Hall is fine. But it’s the Government which needs to hear the message.
