Deputy Prime Minister visits storm battered West Cornwall

Local MP, Andrew George, joined the Deputy Prime Minister, Rt. Hon Nick Clegg MP, when he visited West Cornwall this afternoon (Thursday 13th February) to see the damage that has been caused during the recent storms.

They arrived at RNAS Culdrose and met with members of the Search and Rescue teams.

The Deputy Prime Minister also visited Porthleven later in the afternoon and met with local fishermen and residents to discuss the impact of the coastal damage.
