Chairing ‘Good Food for Our Money’ Meeting

On Thursday 14th July, Andrew George MP will chair the event “Good Food for Our Money” as part of a campaign hosted by the group Sustain.

The campaign seeks to improve the quality, as well as health and environmental standards, of public sector food. The meeting, being chaired by Mr. George, will allow members of farming groups the opportunity to discuss this idea at more length and establish some concrete actions for the group to take to make progress in this area.

Mr. George leads the Liberal Democrat Environment Team and also chairs the national Grocery Market Action Group (GMAG).
