Backbench Meeting to Discuss Social Care

On  Wednesday 6th July, Andrew George MP  attended a backbench meeting to discuss social care.

The meeting offered MP’s an opportunity to discuss the most recent Health and Social Care Bill and was hosted by Mr. Paul Burstow MP, Minister of State for Care Services and Mr. Andrew Lansley MP the Secretary of State for Health.

Mr George is a member of the Health Select Committee, and has rebelled against the Government’s Health and Social Care Bill.
