Andrew George has seconded EDM2416. Motion reads: “That this House notes with concern that many hon. and right hon. Members have received complaints from disabled constituents on the practices of ATOS Healthcare; believes that the company is refusing claims from people who are later shown to be quite clearly unable to work; further believes that by continually reassessing claimants the company receives additional fees; and calls on the Government to press ahead with reforms that will abolish this system of assessment.”
